Services
Managed FinOps services.
Recurring FinOps services with a published service level, and project work delivered as defined outcomes. All of it in plain language, with named numbers and a named owner.
Managed services
Recurring, measured, reported.
Each managed service has fixed outputs, a service level and a fixed fee per service period. Service levels below are typical starting points; we calibrate them with you.
MS-01 · Clarity
Cost allocation & showback
Every month, every euro of Azure and Google Cloud spend allocated to a product, team or workload — including compute-heavy engineering, EDA and HPC workloads — and reconciled to the provider invoice.
Service level
- Monthly allocation and showback report
- Published by working day 5
- ≥ 97% of billed spend allocated, total within 0.5% of the invoice
MS-02 · Signal
Anomaly detection & triage
Unexpected spend caught early and run to ground: root cause, accountable owner and a recommended action, so a spike becomes a decision rather than a surprise on next month’s bill.
Service level
- Anomaly log with root cause, owner and action
- ≥ 95% of anomalies above the agreed threshold triaged within 2 working days
MS-03 · Ownership
Commitment & reservation management
Reservations, savings plans and committed-use discounts kept in line with real usage. We do the analysis and the recommendation; the purchase decision stays with you.
Service level
- Monthly recommendation pack by working day 10
- 100% of active commitments covered in the coverage table
MS-04 · Clarity
Software licence position
A quarterly view of your software licence position for in-scope vendors — including specialist engineering (EDA) tools — built on your licence management platform, such as Flexera.
Service level
- Quarterly licence position report
- Within 15 working days after quarter end, all in-scope vendors covered
MS-05 · Momentum
FinOps KPI pack
The numbers your FinOps review needs, ready before the meeting: trends, variances explained and the decisions that are waiting to be made.
Service level
- Monthly KPI pack, 2 working days before your review
- Every variance above the agreed threshold explained
Service credits
We put our fee on the line.
Managed services carry a service credit when we miss a service level — capped, and never for misses caused by late inputs or missing access on the client side. The first period can be a baseline without credits, so the levels are calibrated on your real data.
Service levels are indicative and agreed per engagement.
Projects
Defined outcomes, fixed fees.
When the work is a one-off, we scope it as a named deliverable — specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound — with its own acceptance criteria and fee.
Project · 01
FinOps tech lead
Hands-on technical leadership for a defined FinOps or platform outcome — architecture, tooling and the backlog that gets you there.
Project · 02
FinOps consulting
A defined piece of FinOps work — a tagging and allocation model, a commitment strategy, a licence baseline — delivered as a named outcome.
Project · 03
Platform engineering for cost
Cost-aware platform changes delivered by a small pod: guardrails, automation and the data pipelines that make spend visible.
Project · 04
IT FinOps analysis
Senior analysis of IT and data-centre spend: where it goes, what drives it and where the next euro of value is.
Who we work with
Built for engineering-heavy enterprises.
We work best with ambitious European enterprises whose cloud bill is driven by engineering: multi-cloud estates on Azure and Google Cloud, compute-intensive EDA and HPC workloads, and specialist software licences that cost as much as the infrastructure they run on.
- Azure and Google Cloud billing data
- EDA and HPC workload mapping
- Licence management platforms such as Flexera
- Power BI and Databricks reporting
- Direct engagement or as a subcontractor in a larger programme
- English and Dutch
